Terms of use

Narrow terms for the current internal research tool and its public compliance information. Niche Lab is not currently offered as a public SaaS product.

Operator and scope

Niche Lab is operated by Kasparas Marcinskas as an individual/private person. Contact: marcinskas.kasparas@gmail.com.

The current API client is a private local tool used by its sole operator to research opportunities for his own YouTube channel. It is not sold, licensed, offered as a service, or available to customers. This public site provides policy and reviewer information only; it does not provide access to the API client or restricted analytics.

YouTube and Google services

Niche Lab uses YouTube API Services and depends on the availability and accuracy of third-party services. If you are given access to or use any Niche Lab API-client feature, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube and Google are not the operator of Niche Lab. Their services, names, data, and materials remain subject to their own terms, policies, and intellectual-property rights. Niche Lab does not claim endorsement or approval by YouTube or Google.

Informational research

Outputs are research aids, not guarantees, professional advice, investment advice, or representations of future channel or financial performance. Public API data can be delayed, incomplete, changed, removed, or unavailable. Independently calculated outputs, if later accepted and implemented, must be labeled as independent and not as YouTube-provided metrics.

Acceptable use

Any authorized use of Niche Lab must comply with applicable law, the YouTube API Services Terms and Developer Policies, and the following restrictions:

Intellectual property

The Niche Lab software, original documentation, and project-generated materials remain with their respective owner or licensors. YouTube videos, channel information, names, trademarks, and API data remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable third-party terms.

Availability and changes

The operator may correct, suspend, or discontinue the site or internal tool to maintain accuracy, security, or policy compliance. These terms and the privacy policy may be updated when the tool, hosting, data practices, or governing requirements change. The displayed last-updated date will identify the current version.
